Back to Basics is an established healing spa located in Quincy, MA open seven days a week.  We welcome men, women & teens in a clean, safe, relaxing environment with ten private rooms.

We have an amazing staff that help make up our great success.  Each therapist (10 female & 1 male) have been specially chosen foremost for their kind & compassionate ways.  Their excellent service skills combined with their gifted talents, makes for outstanding services for all.

Our entire staff, including the receptionist, has had exceptional education & training in the healing arts.  We exceed all the state requirements with Licenses & Certifications.

 We offer many free additions to each service:

• air-diffused aromatherapy
• largest, heated hydraulic massage tables (handicap compliant-holds 500 lbs) w/padded armrests
• amethyst healing stones (please ask)
• moist heat-back pads
• analgesics (Biofreeze® & Sombra®)
• face lotion w/SPF (please ask) 
• foot lotion (antifungal & stimulating)
• our "head remedy" oil
• herbal eye pillows
• unscented/scented massage lubricants
• ion-air cleaning salt lamps

Each room is also set with flameless candles, soft music, sound bowls, color therapy, heated-fleece table pads & large bolster pillows to make your services more enjoyable. 

Comp refreshments are served daily w/an array of Tea Forte, water, cocoa & snacks (sugg. to eat after service).

Each visit also includes a take-home water & goodie bag w/varied items to show our appreciation.
