All of Back to Basics services are strictly therapeutic in nature. Proper sheet or towel draping is required of all clients for all sessions at all times.
Back to Basics and it's staff reserves the right to refuse any client(s) whose intent is not consistant with our professional philosophy.
Cell phones are allowed, however management requests all clients to turn phone setting to vibrate in concideration of others and keep voices down to a minimum.
Although we love children, we cannot be held responsible for supervising your children. Occassionally we can accomodate older children in our Reception area.
All appointments are made over the phone or in the office, in person. We will try to accomodate walk-ins, but highly suggest appointments be arranged ahead of time.
All new clients booking appointments for the weekends will require a credit card or pre-pay for appointment.
Any 1 1/2 hour or longer appointment will require a credit card or pre-pay in office to reserve your time. Exceptions to this policy can be made, but we cannot guarantee the time without credit card at time of booking.
Any two (2) or more services booked at any one time will {also} require a credit card or pre-pay for reserving your time.
- We accept Master Card, Visa, AMEX, Discover, and logo-debit cards
- Payment is expected at the time of your service for all services.
A twenty-four hour cancellation notice by phone is expected by phone for all services. If less than 24 hour notice is given, half of the service price will be expected for the first cancellation. All other late cancellations after the first time will be charged the full service price.
All spa packages will be charged an additional 18% gratuity fee to the package price (which will be given to the therapist).
If you arrive late (10 minutes or longer) for your scheduled appointment, your treatment may be shortened to accomodate others scheduled after you. The full price price on the time booked will be charged. (We will try to give you the full time if no one is scheduled immediately after you).
- Back to Basics promotes healing, positivity and respect of others. We have zero tolerance for unreasonable negativity about any of our staff, establishment or any of our clients. We do welcome your thoughts on our feedback forms or viable concerns may be discussed in privacy with management.
- We reserve the right to refuse and/or dismiss any unreasonable client.
- We reserve the right to issue tresspassing warrants.
- All clients under the age of 18 must have parental consent.
